I am in possession of a Bachelor's degree in French and with a minor in Sociology from Grambling State University (GSU). I graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors and also a 4.00 GPA in Sociology. I am currently a graduate student at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania majoring in Public Policy and International Affairs.
Experience
I was a paid French Foreign Language Tutor within the Department of Foreign Langauges and Linguistics for one semester at GSU. I would like to be a tutor simply because I enjoy teachng others and helping them out in areas that they may not be strong in. I believe that it is a very fulfilling job. I have taken 14 classes in French; 2 more than required. I have take classes in everything from classical and francophone literature to classes on french culture and linguistics. If possible, I can also advise students as to the nature of college life and admssions requirements, having worked within University Housing for two years. I have experience working with diverse students within the college setting.

Hobbies
I enjoy reading, writing, cooking and travelling. I have a great sense of humor and I am also very patient. Being young myself makes it easier for high school students and college students alike to trust me and also identify with me.
